From the very first interaction, we were impressed. Robert was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. He went above and beyond even after hours together with the Schick team to get the job done on time. Their office staff was courteous and efficient and the roofing team got the roof on and entire clean up done in a single day. All the workers were employees who had worked together for years and the professionalism and synchronization was clear. The entire day the roof was being put on there was a dedicated team member sweeping for nails and debris. We didn’t find a single nail on the ground when they were finished! My insurance company picked this contractor to replace my roof, to say I was apprehensive would have been an understatement. Robert came to my home and did an excellent job explaining the entire process from soup to nuts. When he left my anxiety was subsided. They replaced the entire roof in one day. All of the employees were polite and respectful. They left the surrounding area very clean and kept me up to date as to what was going on throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company!
